Marinka van der Meer was appointed to the statutory board of de Volksbank in September 2018 as Chief Customer Officer of de Volksbank.
Before joining de Volksbank, Marinka held the position of CEO of Argenta Nederland and prior to that, Director of the Transformation Office at Nationale Nederlanden Benelux.
Her career started in 1993 at the Center for Marketing Analysis, after studying Economic Psychology at the Catholic University of Brabant.
In addition to her work at de Volksbank, Marinka is a member of the Consumer Affairs Committee of the Dutch Banking Association.
